| F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions! |
| In the first instance, please consult www.superx.com.au for Event information. We have provided this FAQ for your quick reference. What age is considered a child? Children are considered to be 14 and under, so anyone who is 15 or older is an adult. Children 2 and under are admitted free. Can I take my camera? Small personal snapshot cameras are permitted but video cameras and professional setups are not permitted. Something else came up and I can't make the show, can I get a refund? No, refunds are not available except as required by law. What happens if there is bad weather on or in the run up to event day? The construction of full size international supercross tracks requires thousands of tons of dirt to be carted into each venue and then shaped by our track builders. Sustained heavy rain or other extreme weather can severely disrupt the construction of these tracks. That's why we reserve the day after the event in case we need to reschedule. When you buy your ticket, please make sure that you are available for the next day too in case we have to use it. If we do, there are no refunds. Can I take chairs into the General Admission area? No chairs are permitted, however blankets and cushions are advisable. I am in a wheelchair and wish to attend, are there any special provisions for me to see the show? Yes, wheelchair patrons are entitled to have their carer attend the show with them, free of charge. There is an area set aside for each show that has suitable access and unrestricted viewing. Please contact the Help Desk on 1300 79 85 50 (Ticket Direct) to purchase Wheelchair Seats. How long does the event last? Racing will be between 2.5 and 3.5 hours in duration. Is there an interval? No. Can I bring food into the venue? No. Other than for infants, medical reasons or sealed bottles of water. There will be plenty of food and beverage outlets in the venue. Is the event suitable for children? Yes. The Super X event is a family event suitable for all ages. Is there a no-alcohol area? Yes. At most venues we designate an area in which alcohol cannot be purchased or consumed. See www.superx.com.au or ask your ticket seller for further details. What time do the gates open? 2.5 hours before racing. What is the Paddock and when does it open? Paddock is a limited access area where the Race Teams are situated and prepare their bikes for racing. There will be only a limited number of passes available. How can I buy a Paddock Pass? Paddock Passes can be purchased prior to the event at a discount or at the event at full price, in each case subject to availability. When is the Paddock Open? The paddock opends when gates open and closes when racing starts. Paddock pass holders are strongly advised to get to the venue early to allow sufficient time to queue for entry and get past security, therby maximizing time in the paddock. I got to the venue late so didn't use my paddock pass, can I have a refund? No. Please allow sufficient time to get to the venue and pass through security to make use of your pass. What happens if I forget my ticket? You will be required to have your ticket with you to gain entry to the Event - your ticket is also your receipt and proof of purchase - treat it carefully and please fold properly! What happens if I lose my ticket or my ticket is stolen? If you lose your ticket or it is stolen, please contact us by email at support@ticketdirect.com.au with an explanation of your circumstances. We will require your confirmation number and proof of identity. If satisfied with the situation, we will cancel the original BarCode of your ticket and send a replacement via email. Lost and stolen tickets WILL NOT WORK at the Event, as the barcodes will not be valid. Security will be on hand to deal with anyone who presents a stolen ticket. What if somebody copies my ticket? Each ticket has a unique BarCode which allows only a single entry. If multiple copies are made, only the first person to present the ticket at the Gate will be given entry. Other copies will be shown as fraudulent and the holder will be denied entry. If you claim to be the ticket owner, you will be required to provide identification and the original credit card you used to buy your ticket. |
